1. Shipping Destinations

Vrindavan Fashion currently ships to all locations within the Republic of Mauritius. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5 business days after order processing.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business day(s) after order processing (available for select areas within Mauritius).

  • Home delivery: 24-48 hrs after order processing

  • Rodrigues: By boat ( up to 3 weeks) by airmail ( 1 week)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, public holidays).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before confirming your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: as from Rs 100

  • Express Shipping: as from Rs 135

  • Rodrigues Shipping: as from Rs 100

  • Home delivery: at Rs 150

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business day(s) of being placed. You will receive an email/message notification when your order has been shipped.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped by post, you will receive an email/ message with a tracking number except for home delivery.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Vrindavan Fashion is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes, Vrindavan Fashion is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, road delay due to festivities, or other unforeseen disruptions.
